First Class Coatings just wrapped up a decorative chip granite epoxy floor coating with a polyaspartic topcoat on my garage. I was really impressed with the quality and attention to detail. After having my house for over 30 years when it was built, my garage has had its fair share of tolls from slab settlement cracks, heavy traffic, and oil and fluid marks. A close friend of mine was in need of updating their garage floor that was previously coated with a low quality garage paint that was terribly peeling.. I recommended Eric with First Class Coatings. Just about a 1 year after completion the application has started to bubble. I was told there was a warranty so I went to the website to find a resolution. I read the details that said it warranty only applies when process is not applied to an area with direct sun. This contradicts the salesman statement that it would last for a decade. When I called and messaged about it I did not get a response. I'm afraid I'll have to address the issue again much sooner than I expected. I guess I should've done my homework, but I also should've been able to trust what the salesman said.

I had a 9” crack in my bath tub in my home that I Airbnb. I’m in Az and my STR is in Florida. Really hard to get somebody that you can trust to do good work whenever you manage place remotely from across the nation. Aaron came and knocked it out and it looked amazing. Eric and Justin did an excellent job of preparing the floor and then did required layers of coating and chips .Eric then followed up on how to protect and clean the surface for longevity.
